Material Ordering
Once you confirm, we order materials—usually 1-2 weeks lead time for Colorbond, similar for tiles. We coordinate delivery with your builder's schedule.
Sarking & Prep
We install reflective sarking (insulation/moisture barrier), check battens, and ensure the structure is ready for roofing material.
Roofing Installation
Roofing material installed methodically—from eaves to ridge. All valleys, flashings, and penetrations properly sealed. Ridge capping completed last.
Gutters & Downpipes

Do you work with builders or can I hire you directly?
Both. We work directly with many Peninsula builders as their roofing contractor of choice. Owner-builders can also engage us directly—we're happy to work from plans, coordinate with other trades, and ensure your roof is done right. Either way, our quality standards are the same.
What about insulation and ventilation?
Modern roof installations include proper insulation (sarking) and ventilation considerations. We install reflective sarking that adds thermal and acoustic insulation.
